About us
Since 1999, dbl9 GmbH has been getting projects up and running for companies. Today we deliver printers and multifunction systems to the final position for manufacturers, resellers, MPS providers and system houses, install them and return old devices, across Germany and Europe.
You work with dispatch, project management and the technical team.
Your responsibilities
- Operational coordination of field teams
- Monitoring assignments and appointments
- Communication with technicians and drivers
- Status updates and order control
- Escalation management
- Checking rollout documentation
Your profile
- Confident use of digital project and ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Experience in coordinating roles
