About us
Since 1999, dbl9 GmbH has been getting projects up and running for companies. Today we deliver printers and multifunction systems to the final position for manufacturers, resellers, MPS providers and system houses, install them and return old devices, across Germany and Europe.
You work with rollout teams, pre-staging and project management.
Your responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of print and multifunction systems
- IP and network configuration
- Firmware updates and driver installation
- Print server integration, Scan-to-Mail and SMB
- Installing card readers, finishers and options
- Function tests, troubleshooting and brief user training
Your profile
- Experience in managed print, printers or copiers
- Knowledge of common MFP systems and networking basics
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Manufacturer experience, e.g. HP, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, TA/UTAX, Canon or Sharp
