About us
Since 1999, dbl9 GmbH has been getting projects up and running for companies. Today we deliver printers and multifunction systems to the final position for manufacturers, resellers, MPS providers and system houses, install them and return old devices, across Germany and Europe.
You lead technicians, drivers, warehouse and dispatch as one team.
Your responsibilities
- Project and resource planning
- Rollout and schedule planning, milestone management
- Client communication, including under white label
- Managing technicians, drivers, warehouse and dispatch
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Escalation and quality management, project closure
Your profile
- Experience with rollout, deployment, logistics or MPS projects
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Experience with multi-site projects
- English skills for Europe-wide projects
